    (Upon receipt of your first order, we’ll review your payment preferences and provide notification of the approved terms. Credit card and EFT payment options are also available upon request.)
  • W-9 (Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification)
  • Resale Tax Certificate (If this applies to your organization, we must receive this certificate prior to your first order being placed.)

Shipping & Receiving

Our shipping and receiving hours are 7 a.m. – 3 p.m. (Eastern Time) Monday – Thursday. Our warehouse is closed on Fridays.

Estimated Lead Times

We aspire to have material in stock when you need it. The best way for us to help you is to obtain a forecast of your needs, advanced purchase orders, and/or blanket orders with releases. If you are unable to place purchase orders for several months in the future, we have alternate ways to ensure you have the right products at the right time.

We stock many products, but not all. To help ensure the best possible shelf life of our made-to-order products, we’ll be happy to provide you with the standard lead time and shelf life of the material at the time of quote.
